By accessing or using Rezara (rezara.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Rezara is a restaurant and venue discovery and referral platform. We curate and display information about restaurants and venues in South African cities, and provide links that send you to each venue’s own booking system.

Rezara does not manage reservations directly. We are not party to any booking you make on a venue’s own platform. Any reservation you complete after leaving Rezara is solely between you and the venue.

When you click a reservation link on Rezara, you are redirected to the venue’s own website or booking system. Rezara is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or availability of third-party booking systems
• Bookings made, cancelled, or declined by the venue
• Any charges, deposits, or cancellation fees applied by the venue
• The content, privacy practices, or terms of any linked third-party site

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@rezara.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may submit photos and videos for venue pages. By submitting content, you:

• Confirm that you own the content or have the right to submit it
• Grant Rezara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute the content on the platform
• Acknowledge that submissions are reviewed before publication and may be rejected at our discretion
• Understand that any rewards for approved content are at Rezara’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed

You must not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, misleading, or that infringes any third party’s rights.

Venues listed on Rezara are independent businesses. Rezara does not endorse any venue and makes no guarantee regarding:

• The accuracy of venue details, operating hours, or pricing
• Table availability or the quality of food, service, or experience
• Whether a venue remains open or continues to operate

Venue information is updated on a best-efforts basis. Always confirm directly with the venue before visiting.

By submitting a venue interest form, you confirm that you have the authority to act on behalf of the business listed. Submitted information will be used to assess your listing and contact you. Submitting the form does not guarantee that your venue will be listed.

Once listed, your venue page will display publicly available information. You may request corrections or removal by contacting hello@rezara.co.

You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from Rezara by automated means
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform

All content on Rezara — including the design, wordmark, editorial copy, and code — is owned by Rezara unless otherwise stated. Venue names, logos, and images remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed under fair use or with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Rezara content without prior written permission.

Rezara is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Rezara is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform
• Booking failures, venue closures, or changes on third-party systems
• Inaccurate venue information
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rezara after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
